We stay in a charming Riad placed in a restricted alleyway near great local restaurants. The Riad also has excellent proximity to nature walks near the beautiful Ourika Valley. The room offered a comfortable but luxurious environment with an updated, modern bathroom. Service was exceptional, and breakfast had a wide and delicious selection.

There was inconsistency with payment methods which caused inconvenience.

The location was perfect for exploring the Medina. It was clean beyond reproach and the staff did their very best to accommodate our every need. The decor was Maroc with a contemprory twist which we found calming and delightful.

Could have some more English Channels and films available on the television.

It was a calm tranquail place in the midst of the medina of Marrakech. Greeted with mint tea in a delightful courtyard. Loved the pool on the hot,hot days with thick towels available. The colours, furnishings of each and every room and space was tasteful and a reminder of years gone by. The staff were fantastic, helpful, going out of their way to make us feel important and special. Library with bookks, roof top terrace, lounge rooms, outdoor spaces to sit on soft couches all added to the great environment. Only 15-20 mins walk to the main square, with great sights on the way...which of course took longer when calling into souks on the way.

Loved the elegant and peaceful ambiance of this hidden gem! The attentive staff made our stay truly memorable. Loved the fact that they had a hard drive with movies available in our room and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. The location is perfect for those who want to escape the busy city hustle and bustle, but still be close enough to explore the surrounding area.

The soundproofing could be better in some of the rooms, as we could hear some noises in the morning. However, this didn't really affect us as we are early risers anyway.

Friendly staff, great location, fantastic spa. The staff were always cheerful and helpful, making our Easter holiday a really pleasant experience. The location was perfect - close to everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the bustling atmosphere of the area. The spa was also fantastic, and we both felt relaxed and pampered after a session.

Some noise from the street. Although the hotel was located in a bustling area, we did find the street noise a bit loud at times, which was a slight downside to an otherwise fantastic experience.

We stayed at a beautiful hotel with excellent hotel facilities. The hotel's staff was very attentive and catered to all our needs with kindness and professionalism. We also loved the location down a quiet alley, near everything, but in an alley that no cars are allowed in it.

I booked a superior room for the weekend and everything was fantastic. The entire structure is extremely chic, with warm and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive to your every need. They even organized something special for my boyfriend's birthday. The rooftop terrace and pool are very nice, and the spa and hammam facilities were also excellent. Definitely recommend this riad for a magical experience.

The value for money at this riad was excellent, and the room was beautifully designed and comfortable. The location is perfect, right near the souks, and the staff treated me like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay.

This hotel is an enchanting venue, with an elegant design and attention to detail that surprises. The service is impeccable, with very willing and kind people always ready to fulfill your luxurious needs. The Spa and Wellness Centre is the best I have ever visited, offering an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Solarium, Body scrub. The Sun terrace with Sun loungers is perfect to relax under the sun, while the BBQ facilities give you the chance to prepare your own meal. The restaurant offers a limited but nice selection, and the breakfast has both Continental and Special diet menus. In short, this hotel is an exclusive paradise that offers private facilities and is worth a visit.

The only downside is the distance from the city center, but I found it not that big of an issue, especially considering the relaxing atmosphere that surrounds the hotel.

Despite a minor issue with room service entering while we were still inside, the overall experience was exceptional. The only other drawback was the unreliable WiFi in the rooms. However, the delicious food, top-notch facilities, and impeccable service more than made up for it. I highly recommend Riad Nashira & Spa for a memorable stay in Marrakesh.
